Pink

Pink Clivia miniata are a form rarely found in collections or gardens but are highly prized.  They can occur across the various Clivia forms with pink just edging the sepals as in a picotee, to forming the entire flower colour.
The form where this trait mainly occurs is the interspecific type where a strong true pink can be evident and which can either stay a true pink as the flowers matures or fade somewhat to a yellow tone.

Pink Clivia miniata can also be mistaken at times for peach Clivia with slight pinkish tones or vice versa.  It is a fine line in describing the colour charastic even when applying the standard Clivia colour chart to the flowering specimen.  In most cases it is in the eye of the beholder!
