Multipetal

Multi petals are named because some or all of the flowers of these plants have more than 6 petals and tepals. As a result, the umbels tend to look very full and spectacular.

For a Clivia to be known as a true multi petal, all flowers should exhibit the larger number of sepals each season.  Some plants may flower inconsistently with varying numbers of tepals at subsequent flowerings.
